Rates, are expressed in Australian dollars which include Australian Government Goods and Services Tax. There is no GST on Holiday Accommodation.

Check-in prior to 2.00PM. is on a request basis only, and should be requested at time of reservation. For a guaranteed arrival prior to 2.00 pm, guests must be reserved from the previous day.

Early check in subject to availability. 1/2 day rate may apply.
Check-out: Before 10.00 am. Late checkout subject to availability. A 1/2 day rate or $50 fee will apply.
Deposit: A deposit of $200 is required to reserve an apartment. Visa, Mastercard are acceptable. Amex and Diners Club ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
High Season, 16 Dec. 2011 - 16 / 01/2012. A deposit of $500 is required with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival. A minimum of 5 nights booking is required over the High Season
THE COST OF THE ACCOMMODATION IS TAKEN IN FULL AT THE TIME OF BOOKING FOR ALL ONLINE BOOKINGS WHICH INCLUDES THE DEPOSIT.OVERNIGHT BOOKING REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE REQUIRED TO RESERVE AND CONFIRM AN APARTMENT.
Advanced Phone bookings require a deposit of $200. Balance payable on arrival.
Christmas bookings $500 deposit & payable in full 30 days in advance.
Cancellation:
- Between 1 & 7 days prior to arrival date: entire deposit is forfeited.
- Between 8 and 30 days prior to arrival date: amount of refund contingent on re-rental of reservation (minus $50 non-refundable cancellation fee).
- More than 30 days prior to arrival date: entire amount refunded (minus $50 non-refundable cancellation fee).
- There are no refunds on early departures.
- Although we will try to meet your request, room choices cannot be guaranteed.

Should the apartment be left in such a state that is unreasonable for an occupancy and excess cleaning is required additional charges will be incurred by the responsible party or paid for by the party in whose name the booking is made.Minimum charge $100.
Whilst specific requests for apartments can be made and are acknowledged we do not guarantee the allocation of ANY apartment requested.
